I've got most of a Jif Lemon left over from Shrove Tuesday, what can I make to use it up? Got a few eggs too, so a cake of some sort would be good - and must be easy! Thanks

Looked at that, but then I found a recipe for lemon biscuits on Netmums http://www.netmums.com/food/Lemon_Biscuits.756/, they needed zest, but I didn't think it'd matter too much to do without. Just made them with my little boy, adding lemon icing and sprinkles once they were cool (pics on my blog!)

 

Has anyone got a good (easy) recipe for lemon drizzle cake?
