Tis a shame i don't like omlettes and not fussed with quiche though we have had lemon drizzle cake, yoghurt cake and bunny cakes this week lol

Will take some to my friends tomorrow when i go visit, hubby did ask what i was going to do with them all!! got 20+ people coming over Easter sunday so have lots of plans for them then!

It has to be pancakes - yum! I've always been useless at making pancakes and dreaded pancake day but I now have a new pancake pan and a foolproof recipe and we eat them lots - sweet or savoury.

 

And, of course, there are always friends/family/neighbours who are grateful for a box of eggs...

Congratulations, I don't think i'd have trouble finding what to do with my eggs (when i get them) My frying pan with 4 heart shapes arrived from omlet yesterday morning, my 3 sons and i had fried shop bought eggs on toast for lunch today. Thats for in one go and i'm baking the easter cakes from the new omlet news letter tomorrow and that needs 2. I'm glad i'm getting more chickens soon, as i don't think 3 hen's is gonna be enough.
