I know it's school holidays when I have to give up two days work (and pay) because my stupid ex has forgotten that he has a son - yet alone look after him whilst I am supposed to be at work!

You spend most of the day dropping off & picking up your children from their many social events.

 

There are no clean tumblers in the house, but plenty of dirty ones in their rooms.

 

The phone never stops ringing & its never for you.

 

 

I am looking forward to a couple of weeks of lie ins though

The supermarket is absolutely full to the brim especially on a Sunday with all the holiday invaiders

 

Yes, we have a camp site near to us which was empty on Friday afternoon and full to bursting Saturday morning!

My stupid ex has also forgotton he has a son. Mind you he could never be relied upon to look after him when I needed help. Just to have him for a few hours on the odd Sunday. Been a good month again as amazingly he has to "work" whenever there is any vaguely interesting (to him) football match on.
