We had our very first egg :!::D

 

Ebony laid our first egg, today she laid her 317th egg, not bad going I think, as she had a period of broodiness last summer. Sadly our other Omlet hen died earlier in the year.

 

Yes I am sad :? I weigh and record each egg that the girls lay :D:D

 

I can not remember what it was like before chickens, they are great and this forum is great too.
