brambles Posted April 16, 2009 Share Posted April 16, 2009 Just back from a few days at mum's whilst DH wrangled the chickens. He reported all 3 layers laid yesterday (we were waiting for the last one to get going). What he hadn't noticed was that one of our layers was on a day off and our last girl had laid - a slight difference in size from the big girls, at 44g compared with their 64g and 72g - some fellas, eh? ! Today we have our first four egg day, lovely! Bit sad that wiggy's eggs aren't the light green we'd hoped, but they are a lovely blush pink.
