Any one know where I can buy replacement lids to fit ? The lids seem universal despite brand and jar size.

 

I'm gathering the jars at an alarming rate and would like to be able to use them to make little jars of chutney etc and make mini selection packs....

 

I'm sure that sterilised the original lids would be ok - but new ones would look far nicer

I use the originals, just made a little batch of lemon curd this morning in some actually, but would also be interested in where to buy 'new' ones for them.

 

Also, where does everyone buy there wax discs etc please?

Bad news I'm afraid - the 50mm lids NEARLY fit size wise, but the thread on baby food jars is way different from that of standard lids.

 

They won't properly tighten on
