wiblick
Typical. It's a programme called Corrigan's Farm which is re-introducing allotments to Cork. It's a bit misleading because I don't know of any allotments in Ireland which actually allow livestock of any description. There are two allotments and the smaller of the two got an Eglu - totally mis-pronounced and mis-spelled in the Chicken section on the accompanying webpage. But it's obvious they are Eglus and I think Omlet is even mentioned. They got a blue one. What wears me out is that there is no mention on the website where people can buy either an Eglu or hens, don't they understand that suburbanites are utterly removed from agriculture, it's at least a 15 mile drive to any agri-store from Dublin, and they are always tucked away in the middle of some obscure industrial estate.
