Does anyone read this? I've got into it the last couple of months, it's very inspiring (for which read, I haven't actually managed to make any of the projects yet ) But seriously, it's a good read!

No, I haven't seen this yet (though must admit I don't do magazines unless they are in a waiting room! ) I did see it being discussed on a sewing forum and they were very taken with it. I must look out for some back copies on freecycle

I've seen this months-was tempted to buy it as it had some pretty things in it that I could make. It's quite a good magazine, as the patterns actually come with it, rather than having to send them away!

It has a pattern this month very similar to the 'Chickummyjig' if anyone is interested, a bit smaller with variations on the legs and wings - add your own comb.

I bought the May issue today. Apart from the bird pattern & the make your own PJ's - I don't think I'll make much else - I think I'll be offering the mag very soon.

Much prefer my knitting magazines.

I tend not to like the women's clothes in there (other than those PJ's), but I love most of the other projects. I'll be returning to knitting in the winter - don't like to think about woolly jumpers when the sun's shining!

Lucky you, and lucky nephew/niece, Emma. I have a great nephew/niece due in August too - I think my sister, the baby's granny, is knitting enough to stock a small Mothercare, so I'm planning something sewy.
