ali-s
Tulip, my rescue lady has undigested pieces of grass in her poo. Is this normal? Otherwise she is fine and dandy and enjoying her life of freedom. I have never seen any of the rescue ladies take any poultry grit from the container, however they do free range quite a lot so I suppose they are picking up little stones from the garden. Budgies
I was chatting to a guy who had some exbatts recently and he said when they get used to eating grass they can go nuts for it and eat too much. Also that they initially find it indigestible, because their digestive systems aren't used to it! So it's probably nothing to concern yourself about at all, but just don't let them go so mad they get crop bound with too much grass (especially long grass)
