It sounds to me like that boy is trying very hard to get some attention - possibly from his parents! He doesn't seem to have any sense of value - he doesn't respect you, he doesn't respect his pets and I bet he doesn't respect himself very much either. I'm sure you're mature enough to understand that his comments about you are probably born out of jealousy. I'm sure we all know who we'd rather have on the forum, and it isn't him!! Whilst nothing can be done now it might be worth getting it on record, perhaps someone else has reported him before, like a neighbour? it is a sad fact that children who torture or abuse animals often go on to do far worse when they become adults.
