Keeping seeing Limestone flour mentioned, can I buy it in Sainsburys, cant find it at the Omlet shop.

It's either available from an equestrian shop for horses or from ebay for use with shelled reptiles.

Oh how lovely, somebody near me who knows what they are doing.

May have to pick your brains a few times as get really worried if I am doing the right thing sometimes.

Also there is a lovely lady Tessie ( hope she doesnt mind me mentionig her name) who is also local, may have to have a get together!!!!.
