Fresh pasta

Hi All,

 

I made some egg pasta yesterday (forget gym workouts for bingo wings - just knead pasta for 20 mins!) and it's now dried and in the fridge (which is where I'm assuming I should keep it??) but I don't know how long it will keep for :oops: . Does anyone else know??

Sorry about the late reply Kate!

You can dunk it straight into boiling water and cook it just until tender as you would if it was chilled.

 

(I won't give you a number of minutes to cook it for, as i think taste testing is best, but usually about one or two minutes extra is fine!)

 

I bet it will be yummy! :D
