What makes a chicken coop easy to live with?

Anyone heard of them or used them?

Emma, who uses this forum uses these (or should I says used these) and they didn't work. She goes by the name of fluffymuppet I believe. I read it in her blog.

I use them and rate them highly however you do need to lay them quite thickly, you can't just sprinkle them, you almost need to make a layer of them which works out expensive but although the pellet form breaks up quite quickly the 'matting' of swollen pellets is a good deterrent and that stays around for ages

I wish I'd seen that earlier - I've just resorted to the 'Natural pellets, suitable for organic gardens and pet friendly' stuff while waiting for the Nemaslug to be effective.........I'd rather have had some of those!!
