Nats
Sat in the garden this afternoon with the girls roaming about making their cute noises, rolling in the mud and pecking at what appears to be nothing most of the time! Queenie got up on my sunbed to sit with me for a short while and had a scratch on the towel. Had a peck at the nail polish on my toes then got down when she realised it wan't food. Edith thought she'd start a game of chase - you know how they are when they all seem to run when they think the others must have something really interesting, like a poor baby slowworm. (I did try to tell them they're meant to leave them alone but they didn't listen and it was too late for me to try and intervene) Don't you just love having them around?!! Good times. Daphne
lovely to hear your story - you're right these are the good times we all look forward to particularly during wet and windy winter months when not much is going on....I'm hoping it'll be a long series of the lazy hazy days of summer
