4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

Just wondering what people use to cover their houses with in the early mornings...

 

We are beginning to think about doing it as lately they are beginning to make a noise just before 6am

 

It's a new thing and not sure if they are just up early or if it's because the babies have just moved in........ Theres no argy bargy thankfully just that announcement of being awake!

we use one of those black plastic backed picnic rugs.

 

I am considering buying some "blackout" tarpaulin though that some members use. I am sure someone will post a link shortly.

We had a new patio laid and there was lots of the black weed suppressing material left. We've found that is absolutely ideal. Waste not want not.
