Hi

Doris has been poorly for about a week now. She is very hunched and stood in one place, her eyes are partially closed . Her back end is clean although her poo is very dark and smelly. Her crop feels fine. We've bought her indoors and offered her sweetcorn which she wont eat and doesn't seem to be drinking either. Doris doesn't seem in any pain and outwardly looks healthy....HELP...we're really worried.

Has she been wormed? If not, I'd start her on a course of Flubenvet.

Is she laying? You don't say how old she is .

Shes an ex batt , had her about 6 months...in good health till now. I think it was her that laid 2 softies last week. Think she could havea broken egg in her as she just pooed what looked like yolk and bits of shell?!?! She is wormed regularly.

I hope she's perked up if she's expelled what was bothering her ?
