Mattaz
Hi ive bought two Isa Browns called Pheobe + Monica ( From TV programme Friends ) But recently ive got very worried, theyve started doing runny, milky chicken poos. they look just like milk. I cant work out what it is. I feed them ALOT of raisins coz they love them so much but i dont know if too many raisins can cause this. Please help me! Thanx
-sarahjayne
At first i noticed that with one of my chickens, and i stopped giving them grapes and corn so often, and it completely helped. Its really really important that their main food is their chicken feed and other things are just given as treats, not often. 90% of their daily intake should be chicken feed. [read this in a book, but it really does work a treat]
Egluntyne
Welcome to the forum. I'd cut right back on all treats and keep them on their pellets and water only for a few days and it should sort them out. Too many raisins isn't a good idea. You don't say how long you have had the hens........it might be worth worming them with a course of Flubenvet.
