Space Chick
Donna has been sneezing off and on for a couple of weeks, otherwise is perfect in herself, eating well, bright and active etc. Today she's got a bit of a clear runny nose and has opened her mouth wide twice which I know can be a sign of respiratory problems. She still her usual self and doesn't seem bothered. I've been giving her citrocidal in the water for the past week. I've listened to her chest and its fine, not rattling at all. OH is not prepared to have vets attention. Any advice? I have heard Baytril mentioned on her as an antibiotic, would that be an option and can you get it without a prescription? Am I worrying prematurely? Thanks
-sarahjayne
Exactly the same for my Rhonda and Evie. The other 2 are fine, but these two have just a little nasal discharge but apart from that they are very happy I'll be watching this space! Egluntyne
You can't get baytril without prescription. So long as the snotty nose is clear and not green and gunky, and she is bobbing about happily, I shouldn't worry too much. It could be an allergy.
