Posted November 11, 2006 Share Posted November 11, 2006 Hi Mel, I'm very lazy when it comes to garlic mushrooms and fry them in some butter some herbs thrown in and a little black pepper and of course a clove or two of garlic I know they can be done in a lovely garlic sauce or with bread crumbs too hopefully some one will be along to give you the recipes karen x Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
