My girls have been on their first course of Flubenvet this week and one of them seems to have had diarrhea the last couple of days. Could this be connected? She seems absolutely fine otherwise both eating and drinking. They have come to the end of the course today so hopefully it will clear up..... the inside of the eglu looks like bayroot! How I will enjoy cleaning that today!!!

The manufacturer says there are no side effects but if they have an overdose don't use the eggs. It's a coincidence though.

You can double the dose to treat gapeworm (cant eat the eggs while they have the double dose though) then there is room for error built in to these things so unless you heaped it on its unlikely to be an overdose

 

I would think it will settle down soon, you could add some bokashi bran to their food which will firm up their poo

The diarrhoea might just be a sign that it is doing its job. Mine often are a tiny bit squittery for a few days during a course of Flubenvet.

mine too, I give live yoghurt to help or avipro and bokashi bran!
