Karen & co.
I just wondered if anyone had used these? We go away on Sunday and have chosen a Cash Passport instead of travellers cheques. It seems like a good idea and can be used anywhere that takes Visa and cash can be withdrawn for a fixed fee of 2 Euros. Has anyone else used it and if so how did you find it? Thank you getting a bit excited now Karen x
BarbaraJ
sorry have no idea what they they are, we just use a nationwide debit card that doesn't charge a fee for withdrawing money.
mags
hi I got one for New York last year , found it great and easy to use I would advise to take out limit for day to reduce charges Also give your bank a quick call just in case you need to use your own bank card - they would record where you are in world at time scales - this reduces change of fraud and stop the chance of card being blocked for fraud I did this last year but I did not use bank card only passport card for purchases and I came back with $400 have a great time mags
Happy-Mama
Is it like one of those cards that look like a debit card but are only for foreign currency? If so I saw them on the tv but haven't used one yet, they looked good though.
