Christian
A few months ago I watched james Wong on 'Grow your own drugs'. He made some throat sweets dusted in icing sugar from elderberries. I patiently waited until my Birthday for the book (see signature ) and the recipe isn't in there!!! It looked like a sticky mess that dried solid, he then smashed it, rolled the pieces in icing sugar (i think) and put it in a jar. I have searched youtube, but to no avail.......Anyone have any ideas? The trees are heaving with berries this year and I wanted to make something that keeps well and soothed my sore throat Thanks!
