Old Speckled Hen
Going to see this tomorrow night. Feel I should as I've seen all his others. Getting too old for it all though I suspect. Anybody else seen it?
Cinnamon
Is that the new Tarantino movie, then? He is not really my cup of tea, although I can see him as the slightly twisted genius he is 'Pulp Fiction' is an amazing movie & he will be lucky to top it IMHO I also love him as an interviewee - he is always great value & looks a bit like Herman Munster
chickencam
You need a fairly strong stomach for a Tarantino movie, and i gather that this one is not far different. I love Pulp Fiction and the sound tracks to his films are always amazing.
chocchick
I wasn't that impressed. Yes need strong stomach. OK so I do prefer soft cuddly films like Ice Age 3 and got dragged along by OH I do admire previous films. I liked the Jewish cinema owner and (Frederick?) but was not impressed by Brad Pitt (sorry ladies). It came across as he just enjoyed killing Nazis rather than the deeper reason I think the character was supposed to have. The rewriting of history so that Americans could save the day and have a showdown at the end made me a feel a little sick. Some of the humour fell flat. Also it was like any other Tarantino film e.g. violence, similar music, divided into chapters and I've seen that before.
Old Speckled Hen
I enjoyed it. A few embarrassed guffaws I must admit though. Soundtrack, as usual will be on my iPod.
