buffie
When we were in Cornwall I tried Muddies 'County' boots on, lovely and comfy. My Charity pink boots by Hunter are useless, worn out since May Anyway I'm having some for Christmas. Not pretty but practcal and light . http://www.muddieboots.com/products.php Anyone got a pair? Egluntyne
My pink welly clogs are similar to the "Brook " shoe described in Buffies link. Advantages. 1. Easy to put on. 2. Easy to step out of. Not a struggle as with "proper" wellies. Disadvantages. 1. Occasionally, when the ground is very muddy, the heels of my socks get dirty. Guest
I've got pink wellie clogs, and I do love them, but when the ground is muddy, they have a habit of staying put in the mud, while I keep walking.....
The Dogmother
I've got blue Lowthers, just like these ones on ebay. They have to be the most comfy and hard wearing wellies I've ever had. Much better than the pink Boden ones that perished and let in water. Weird that I can't find a website for Lowthers, but I got them from our local riding shop. buffie
I spend half my life in wellies, just finished work for a while and will change and clean girls out, walk daisie, iron and then chnage again to work later. No one will know unless they see me in my dirty jeans this afternoon BBxx

buffie
Course love. Just thinking must be at 'that' age to discuss wellies with glee and feel so wonderful about a ham sandwich... Asked to go clubbing by a 30 year old friend this week and I said I run a farm now I don't do that or very late nights. I had to say sorry 'I'm not dull really' BBxx

buffie
We settle down early and I love it. Still have fun just start earlier BBxx
The Dogmother
I love early nights, but I also like clubbing, just need to have a nap before going out Good old chicken soup, always guaranteed to make you feel better. I always have some in the freezer. In Italy they make it with minute 'stellini' soup pasta in it and an egg white whipped in too - very nutritious
