I have been given two large lobsters, caught locally by a friends OH The Lobsters have been cooked and are frozen I love Lobster but have never cooked it at home so has anyone got any nice recipes I could try please

I love lobster thermador. I have been known to stock up on the £4.99 lobsters from Lidl or Aldi just to sate my occasional craving.

I love Lobster Thermador, but can't have dairy any more (cream in the recipe) or could I ? I do seem to be able to eat small amounts of Elmlea now and again.

 

My mind is made up, Lobster Thermador at the weekend with double elmlea instead of double cream . I will be really good next week and not sneak pieces of Stilton and Wenslydale from the fridge when no one is looking
