Redwing
Pear Tree Farm Poultry in Northamptonshire breed them, not sure if they have any at the moment though
Saronne
Try the poultry adds on the Welland Valley Feeds site. They're midlands based (Market Harborough) and I've often seen Silkies being advertised there. Saronne x
Redwing
Whatever you do don't be tempted to go to the regular Melton Mobray auctions for a Silkie as they are nearly always cockerels no matter what the gumph says! In saying that they are having a 'pukka' graded chicken auction on 12th September where chickens are checked over to verify they are what is listed and a grading given as to how true to type they are - it looks to be a good day and I am going (not to buy obviously....)
