Cinnamon Posted September 30, 2009 Share Posted September 30, 2009 My hubby made a sort of cover for the hole out of hard white upvc,with a large piece of pipe under it,which I twist sideways to keep it in place.Its really rather stiff,& needs a fair bit of turning to undo it,so I don't think an animal could get in. I'm being a bit slow though - am I right in thinking the gap in question is the drain slot in the nest box? And that there weren't any run panels around the wheels of the cube? I'd never thought about stoats - I know that they are pretty small and sinewy - but I was really surprised to hear that they could get in above the poo tray!!
