A friend of mine has got people together in her community and every fortnight they hold a produce swap and/or sell in the church. If anyone is interested, the next one is next Saturday 23rd October at Willoughby on the Wolds, North Leicestershire. I've seen their newsletter and it looks like it's really well supported, people take surplus allotment veg, eggs, jams and preserves, baking, crafts etc. I'm going to have a nosy myself, but it's on every fortnight. Worth a look if you fancy doing something similar in your own community.
