Hi y'all

 

My pepperpot, Peppercorn has been a right madam lately - we thikn she was one of the ringleaders bhind the recent attack on Nutmeg, and today she had a go at Etty through the eglu run...

 

We've tried bumper bits before, and they managed to removed them within 5 minutes They were very distressed by them and kept scratching at them to remove them - are there any alternatives or were we just doing it wrong?!

Have you tried anti-peck sprays?

oh yes... she completely ignores them

I think you might be doing it wrong tbh. I've had a couple come off right away as you describe, but when reattached correctly, they have stayed put. They don't notice they are there after a few minutes if applied correctly.

Marvellous - did worry that me mightn't be doing it correctly, but Mollie was so good at getting her nails under the bit that she just wrenched it out
