They are settling in better

Megan has growth a 4th tailfeather and sometimes if you cuddle her she forms a cute ball, tucks her beak in and closes her eyes She sometimes tries to burrow under Abbie when she is preening She is like an overgrown chick

I found her in next door's garden today wandering round looking happy with herself though Luckily it is a terrace with shared access

 

Abbie stopped featherpulling but gently pecks Megan in the face, on the beak and head repeatedly if she sits still for a long time not doing anything

She is VERY noisy and gets pecked or causes commotion when she makes a noise in the eglu. You can identify her by sound alone at night.

She does wander over to see me sometimes, and likes pulling on shoelaces.

 

Neither will come out of the eglu until I emerge in the morning and open the run to give them access to the large pen. They both like perching on the eglu together.
