Finally! When I got my lovely ex bats they had a short stay at Taras before they came home - with about 13 eggs over 3 days. They then laid another 13 or so before they stopped on 29/9.

 

I've been telling them to buck their ideas up, I've given them every supplement under the sun and finally, finally someone laid yesterday! She laid on the roosting bars and it broke, but it doesn't matter, and today I let them out; there were chickens in the run, then there was an egg too! Ruby was nearest it so maybe it was hers but I can't be sure.

 

I'm so happy!! They have been moulting so I expect it was that...
