docsquid
How interesting - I know Professor Eykyn - she taught us at Medical School! What a waste of time and effort - you would have thought that they would have better things to do with their time ane money. It must have cost a fortune to have these visits to her home. sjp
I've just read the article and can't see anything wrong with what happened she wants to sell to a commerical outlet she needs an egg number and a packing station end of story If she didn't want the hassle of been inspected then she should have sold them 'farm gate style'
Space Chick
She's obviously not an Omleteer or she would have known that from the Eggs FAQ's
docsquid
It actually says in the article that when she asked the shop they told her she should apply for a licence and that application is what triggered the visit - so she did make the correct application. The visit seems like a bit of a sledgehammer to crack a nut!
