Cinnamon
I just watched an episode of 'Scrubs' which featured a wonderful acoustic slow version of Outkasts 'Hey Ya' I don't suppose anyone knows who it was by,do they? Silly Sky+ stopped before the credits

Redwing
We watched that episode too, it was a really good version of that song
Cinnamon
Think I have got it, & yes Redwing,it was a fab version It is actually by The Blanks, the band of the guy who plays Ted in Scrubs, but that version doesn't seem to be available to download. However,it was a cover of a version of the song by an Obadiah Parker, & his version is on itunes & it is beautiful There is also a very good cover of it by Will Young, who is a fave of mine, so I am downloading that too. Again it is slow, jazzy & just a million miles away from OutKasts original of the song

Cinnamon
There is also a non live version on itunes,I think - its wonderful. Funny how a different voice & a different arrangement can put so much more meaning into words which were just hip hop before (that said,I do love the OutKast version too, its a great driving song)
