Tutti Frutti
We've had the Panasonic for over a year now. Ummed and aahed about buying it - will we use it, will it be shoved to the back of the cupboard? But no, it's out about 3-4 times a week for the pair of us. Whenever we have a few left over bananas, in they go - there's a cracking banana loaf recipe. We batch bake and freeze it. Also, agree that the brioche is absolutely awesome It can fastbake bread in 2 hours. Cooks in the machine beautifully (no need to remove and cook in the oven - unless you really want to or don't want the imprint of the paddle in your loaf). Thoroughly recommend it. Lovely to put a loaf on on a Saturday morning and have it with soup for lunch
sadietoo
I have a panasonic too and have been very happy with the bread I have had from it...but reading through these posts I feel I have been a bit conservative about the bread I have used it for...and feel inspired to experiment...will definitely try the brioche recipe now
