We've never had one before and fancied a change but .... there are no cooking instructions! I haven't a clue on temperature or timings. It is 2kg. Our butcher didnt put wt of meat on our pork and the kitchens scale said over load. Out came bathroom ones and after several goes with me then me and meat we sussed it.
