Mrs P Posted December 24, 2009 Share Posted December 24, 2009 Hello Omleteers, My Miss Pepperpot has gone a bit bald on her underside and has a red, bruise-like patch about the size of a 50p piece there too. Not sure if she is moulting or not and don't know where the red mark has come from. She laid a softie last week and was a bit off colour for a day but has been fighting fit ever since. Just noticed the bald patch and red bit when I picked her up today. Any ideas, guys? Merry Christmas and thanks for your replies. Plum Posted December 24, 2009 Share Posted December 24, 2009 Why do they do it at Christmas The skin does get tender if exposed so it may just be the explanation for the red bit.
