Blackrocksrock Posted January 3, 2010 Share Posted January 3, 2010 Went to Mr T's ( I know but I needed fresh stuff) for healthy stuff for the diet starts tuesday and at the fish counter whole salmon for about £13.75 had been reduced to £6.75 and I was contemplating what to do with it if I bought it when the fishmonger asked if I would like it filleted and made into steaks for the freezer - result 18 fillets of salmon for £6.75 and I pin boned them when I came home and so 8 meals in the freezer and one in fridge for tonights tea - also bought loads of healthy stuff for a change and NO chocolate at all.
