Henhathnofury
We had visitors at the weekend, including one teeny-tiny girl who was really interested in the chickens. Two of them were just as interested in her, but my Speckled Sussex hide behind the eglu run with only her comb showing. At intervals, her head slowly went up, as if she was playing hide and seek. Then down again and a grumbly bok-bok. Up and down she ducked, checking to see the visitors were still looking. They found it hilarious but I was quite ashamed of her, especially as the other two were so friendly. Such a big girl but she's all jelly. Has anyone else got shy/cowardly chickens? I may have to contact Gok Wan to get her some confidence. She's such a funny girl.
