ChrisEllis
Can i ask hat may be thought of as a stupid question... if i have a black poland and a silver laced pland and a chamois poland and a white poland and the white pland is a cockrel...when i breed them - will their offspring still just be either white, chamois, silver laced etc. or will teh colours merge together? Redwing
This is good fun to use..not..bt ts very handy http://kippenjungle.nl/kruising.html Click on 'help pic colour from list' then on line two of the new box (the engliish line) choose your boy/girl from the lists, then click 'to chicken calculator' then on the next box that pops up click 'calculate crossing' on bottom left, this then gives you what you can expect eg: a chamois cockerel and black pullet will breed white offspring
tom123
These are the colours that will be produced... White x Black = Both sexes Black and will carry 1 white gene White x Silver Laced = Both sexes Black and will carry 1 recessive white gene White x Chamois = White with odd buff markings Hope that helps
