sallyj
Has anyone got onduline sheets on their WIR roof? Is it any good and what colour do you have? Do they sell clear onduline sheets? Thanks for any advice.
Redwing
Onduline has a tar type (Bitumen??) 'filling' by its very nature so no they dont sell clear sheets I have seen it in black, brown and green. I dont have it as a WIR roof but it would work well, the run wouldnt be as light as it would with a clear roof so if siting the run in a dark area of the garden Onduline may not be a good idea for a roof but if the area is light then it would be great Another option is clear corrugated plastic sheets
ISCA
It is often used for WIR roofs by commercial run makers http://www.woodenart.org.uk/categories.php?category=Chicken-Coops%7CChicken-Houses%7CHen-Houses
sallyj
Thanks for your replies. I have clear plastic corrugated sheets on my WIR at the moment but it has always leaked. It was made by Avaries4U and Tony has been back twice to redo the leaky roof. I don't know what else to do ? Has anybody else had problems with corrugated sheets leaking? The Dogmother
If it leaks, then try taping it with some conservatory tape that they use on the polycarbonate roofing.
