I was looking through my cookbooks recently and realised I do not own a single curry one And we love curry! So, do any of you have a fabulous curry cookbook you'd recommend. I've used Rick Steins one, which belong to my SIL and is excellent, but I just wondered about any other good 'uns.

My sister got me a good one for Christmas - Anjum Anand's New Indian.

 

I actually can't stand the woman on TV but her recipe book is very good.

 

Madhur Jaffrey's books are good too - very easy to understand and often gives hints as to which dish goes well with what.
