Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could tell me if this Polish Bantam is show quality? What sort of thing do they look for in a show bird especially in my breed. I have posted a ew pictures below, she is lovely .

 

This is her standing...she doesn;t move much as she can't see!!

 

This is a head shot. Easier t tell if shes teh right shape for a show.

I dont know much about Polands Chris but her lacing looks a little uneven and patchy in places, I'm not sure how important that is in Polands though it might not be a problem

Crest isn't pure white, more a dirty cream with buff flecks in.

 

Lacing, as Tasha said, isn't perfect and is slightly blurred in places.

 

Her tail could be a little more upright too.

Chris - I'm no expert as mine are strictly garden quality, but have a look at this website, the Beebes are the masters (though I believe they went to the US??) http://www.beebepolands.com/.

 

Her tail should be held at a more jaunty angle (not upright) but this might just be her stance in the photo. I'm also not sure if its meant to be laced? I can't remember what my GL used to look like! I would say her lacing isn't perfect, its a bit uneven, but TBH its very hard to achieve. It should definitely be better on her crest.

 

Since the Beebe's dominated the show scene for ages many other people didn't bother showing, the poland is probably due a revival, but I would guess there is a dearth of top quality stock around.
