Hi,

 

I would like to set up a wireless cctv camera down the garden to watch any wildlife etc and (check no rats!!!!) I seem to remember someone on here had one, if any body has one would you be kind enough to let me know what make you have is it any good etc.

 

I would like one that records when there is movement.

Well finally got my camera WORKING.

 

To cut a long story short

 

got one of these

Works quite well but i wanted it to record movement so connected the receiver to another receiver i already have (another story!!) that records movement on to an sd card.

 

So just wanted to let those of you wanting one that this one works ok for me but it dosnt record.

 

the original one that records is from maplin but the camera didnt work properley.

 

has any one got any links to there chicken cam!!!

sorry to be a real techno numpty but l wanted to put one of these into the walk in run so l could watch the girlees on my laptop but we do do have any outside power so how could l do this any ideas thank you

You can get some that are powered off a 9v rectangular battery - but you'd have to change it every couple of days - rechargable batteries may be best

 

Another way is you can get extension leads that have a weatherproof plug on the outside end
