Mollie333
it was about 8pm, all of the chickens, the turkey and my two rabbits were safely away, it walked near to the rabbits looking at them..But then walked past, looked at the chicken coop, then walked past, looked at my secand chicken coop, and stared, making wierd noises.. So cheryl the turkey started making noises back, this fox was huge, old looking, but still shired away from the run as if too say ''OMG, WHAT THAT NOISEE'', this made me laugh, the foxes in my back yard are so stupid, they have never taken any of my girls, and are quite scared of Cheryl, the turkey. * eggs today from my Pekin Ladies Pekin Ladies! Mollie333
Lol Yeah! Unfourtunatly, i think if the fox saw Cheryl he would attack her.. I think it was the noise that creeped the fox out, she does make some funny noises, they make great alarm clocks, at 6am!
Egluntyne
Don't rely on the fox always being freaked out by Cheryl, Mollie. A determined fox will soon be back and will overcome his initial reticence.
Mollie333
Yep. Like i said, Cheryl makes very threatning sounds, maybe he didn't know what she was?.. the coop is built on bricks, so the fox cannot get in, i hope. Thanks anyway for the warning
