Eggasperated
In my continuing quest to stop Pippa from pulling feathers from the other two someone has recommended that I add ordinary vinegar to their drinking water. I already use Apple Cider Vinegar but they assure me that ordinary vinegar is right Has anyone heard of this as a solution or are they having an early April Fools joke with me
sjp
I've seen it's use recomended when introduceing new birds into a flock but that's as a spray so that they all smell the same in the morning then the 'old' birds' think the 'new' ones have been there all the time
Egluntyne
Thats right...spray them with ordinary vinegar ( it has mixed results), but add unrefined Apple Cider Vinegar to their drinking water.
