Autumn1
Hello, i need some help please! my ex batt is showing some different behaviour over the last couple of weeks, she is drinking enormous amounts of water, her comb is slightly blue at the tip, her droppings are very watery, otherwise she is not doing sick bird stance and is scratching around and eating, though not as much as before. she is also being slightly bullied, not much, but may indicate illness?also hasnt laid since last October! having said that neither has the other ex batt who is fine! thanks for any insight here, i've searched everywhere but cant find anything that helps with these symptoms! Olly
Sorry, no idea - if she is eating and drinking then that's a good sign, I think only a vet could really answer your question, though.
staceychristie
Has she been wormed recently? Ours haven't laid since November - and I'm hungry now Stacey

The Dogmother
I'd recommend taking it to the vet.
sandyhas3chucks
She MAY have a temperature, and therefore infection, requiring treatment.(from A Vet!) they drink lots in an attempt to reduce their temperature. Good luck
