You know how it is when the phone rings at 6.30am - you assume that something horrible has happened & you dive out of bed to get it before it wakes the kids

 

Then you find its the muppet next door,who needs a lightbulb changing

Even more annoyingly, his "man who does" was due in at 10 the same morning

 

We had a power cut for a couple of hours last night from 9pm onwards, & Brian was out at Lodge, so I bunged call minder on,as there was no way I was leaving the girls alone in a dark house,full of candles
