patsylabrador Posted April 30, 2010 Share Posted April 30, 2010 As you may have realised I'm a touch obsessed about what is happening in Afghanistan and had been thinking that there had been no news at all from there recently. Then I was shown this blog by a journalist/historian whose opinion I respect blog I shouldn't be surprised, but the thought that the Gov't could treat the war and army in such a cynical way makes my blood boil. It does make you think though that if it can be justified that "everyone keeps their head down" until after the election. Who makes the calculation that we don't need to be so careful?
