Recommended Posts

We went to Tatton Park at the weekend to see an Orchid Show but whilst there visited the farm and found some chickens wandering around. I am still fairly a newbie to this and was unsure which breeds the following birds are, can anyone help me out??

I also saw a gorgeous pair of Buff Orpingtons, first I have seen in the flesh - beautiful. Didnt realise they were so big but they are beautiful.

I think they look fab too. Would love to include some fancy ones - I'm keeping a sneaky eye out for another Cube or Eglu with some as a possibility. Haven't let OH in on that bit yet - he takes a bit of persuading. :notalk:

Just spotted that we're inthe same neck of the woods
