foreveryoung
my minded kiddies, my own and a friends son were giving my girls some treats (its a normal thing, I think its good the children having a little bit of hands on as they learn how to treat them properly..) anyway this all finished and they went off to play.... next thing I know it my DS running in "mummy, mum the chickens got her head stuck" so off I run, the daft birds had actually got her head stuck in the welded mesh while trying to get a strawberry that one of the kids were dangling in front of the run... so they got a telling off after all the commotion. I got her unstuck and finally caught her... she had grazed one of her wattles so Ive put some Vaseline on it to keep it as clean as poss and let her get on with it. when I was checking her over she just lay on her back with the legs up, looking at me as if to say "whats the fuss.... One day he tried to get through it and got stuck. I left him for a while wedged to give me time for the 'I told you...' speech SOCIAL SERVICES!
